This web site has been especially designed to help promote the next regional convention to be held in Toledo, Ohio, September 19 - 21, 2008. TAKE NOTE
The 2008 Convention Committee has compiled additional information which has been added to the 2008 web site. Click on the FAST FREIGHT 08 logo (above) and you will find new information about the Convention as well as a registration form. Just follow the instruction and you will be able to access the registration form.
Here are just a few of the speakers that will highlight our convention:
1. Andy Sperandeo, executive editor of Model Railroader will present two clinics. One on passenger trains and the other on passenger train operation.
2. Gerry Albers, well known in the Mid Central Region for his work with signals and signaling software will present two clinics.
3. Allen McClelland MMR, will present two clinics on the new Virginia & Ohio. Allen will also be our keynote speaker at the awards breakfast on Sunday morning.
4. Dan Lewis MMR, well known for the N scale photos of his railroad will be presenting a clinic showing what techniques he used to get the outstanding results we have seen in different publications.

The members of Division One of the North Central Region of the National Model Railroad Association would like to invite you to join us for our monthly meetings of fun, education, and fellowship centered around the great hobby of Model Railroading. If you are interested in joining Division One, click on the blue word application and you will find additional information about Division One. Simply print the application form, fill it out and send it to the address indicated. We would really like to see and hear from you. The educational component of Division One is always looking for new and better ways to share information for the good of the hobby and enlightenment of it's membership.

In an effort to comply with the National Model Railroad Association rules governing Liability and Insurance coverage for Division One events, Division One has agreed to be a 100% NMRA membership organization. Your dues to NMRA automatically make you a member of Division One of the North Central Region of the National Model Railroad Association. Donations are welcome!

NEW PROJECT BY DIVISION ONE
The following picture of a Toledo, Peoria & Western boxcar is our new promotional car.
Our car as manufactured by Branch Line Models, their Blueprint Series car, has a silver roof and 6 foot doors. We have ordered the car with five (5) different numbers and will sell them individually or in sets of 5. Each car will sell for $15.00 each or a set of 5 for $70.00.
